RAPID PROTOTYPING

We can take your solid files and quickly create machined prototypes from all machinable materials including all metals and plastics. We can hold closer tolerances, and better finishes than stereo lithography and other rapid prototyping methods. Our Solidworks CAD system has full solids import capability. Our GibbsCam CAM system with full solids and complex surface machining minimizes programming time and gives us cutting edge capabilities.
We developed a propeller machining process for Michigan Wheel. This produced a higher quality prop than the typical cast and polish method, and is curreintly in use at Michigan Wheel. To develop this process we employed 3D solids and creative High Speed Machining.
